Making a Change to Serve You Better
Hey everyone,
We're pulling up a chair to have an honest chat with you, our amazing community. It's been a wild journey watching Kula Foods grow, and we couldn't have done it without you. As we grow, we're always looking at how we can do things better, and sometimes that means making tough decisions.
Shipping Update
With that in mind, we've had to make a change to our shipping policy. As of now, we will no longer be offering nationwide shipping in Canada or shipping to the US for our frozen products. We will, however, continue to offer shipping and delivery for all of our frozen items right here in B.C.
The truth is, the cost of shipping frozen goods has gotten way, way too high. Our mission is to provide you with delicious, high-quality food that we're proud of. Making this change was a difficult call, but it's what we needed to do to ensure we can keep giving you the best without having to pass on those crazy shipping costs. We're truly sorry for any inconvenience this might cause, but we felt it was important to be transparent with all of you.
Where to Find Our Frozen Proteins
But don't worry, we're not leaving you hanging! If you're outside of B.C., you can still find our proteins at a bunch of incredible retail partners. Head over to the store locator on our website to find a store near you. And to save yourself a trip, we always recommend giving them a quick call first to make sure they have your faves in stock.
Bring Our Sauces to The BBQ
Now for some good news! It's officially prime BBQ season, and that means it's time to get grilling. If you haven't yet, you've got to try our sauces. They are the perfect way to add a ton of flavor to anything you're cooking up on the grill.
Speaking of which, we think our sauces would go perfectly with our KULA Cauliflower Wings. They're made with our delicious Pili Pili sauce, a crowd-pleaser and a great addition to any backyard BBQ.
