Ingredients

1 pack Kula Ginger Beef

3 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion
-
3 cloves garlic
-
1 tsp green cardamom (optional)

1 tsp cloves (optional)

1 tbsp ginger
-
1/2 cup water
-
1 tsp of sea salt or coconut amino

1 bunch swiss chard
-
1/2 small onion
-
3 cloves garlic

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp berbere or cayenne powder

1-2 tsp salt

1/4 cup water
-
2 cups brown rice (basmati or jasmine)

1 tbsp creamed coconut (optional)

3 cups of water

Dried cranberries (optional)

Fried onions (optional)
GINGER BEEF
SWISS CHARD
RICE
Directions
GINGER BEEF
Heat oil on medium pan for 1 minute
Add ginger beef and stir
Add diced onion, garlic, ginger and spices
Cook for 3 mins
Add water gradually then salt or coconut amino
Optional to add 1 tsp of oil, taste and enjoy!
SWISS CHARD
Slice 1 bunch of Swiss chard
Dice onion and garlic
Heat oil on medium pan for 1 minute
Add onion, garlic, cook for another minute
Add swish chard and water, stir and cover pan
Cook for 10 mins then add salt to taste
RICE
Rinse rice with cold water 3-4 times
Add 1.5 cups of water, oil, salt and creamed coconut
Cover pot, cook on medium heat for 10 mins
Stir then add remaining water and reduce heat to simmer for 30 mins
Once rice is cooked, taste and enjoy with ginger beef and swiss chard
Option to add fried sliced onions and cranberries in your bowl
