Add a vibrant East African kick to your plate! These zesty Pili Pili Sweet Potato Wedges are an easy, savory-sweet snack perfect for the oven or air fryer.
2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges or fries
1 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tsp KULA Pili Pili Spice Blend
Salt to taste
Optional: A squeeze of fresh lime juice
Toss: In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with the olive oil, KULA Pili Pili Spice Blend, and salt until evenly coated.
Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Spread on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
Serve immediately, perhaps with a squeeze of fresh lime juice for extra zest.
Set air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange in a single layer and air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway.
