Ingredients

1 package KULA BBQ Chik-Un, thawed

2 vegan brioche buns (or your favorite buns)

1 small head of green cabbage, shredded

1 large carrot, shredded

1/4 cup plant-based mayonnaise

1 tsp sugar
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
½ tsp celery seeds, optional

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp of KULA Pili Pili Sauce, optional
Directions
Prepare the Slaw
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, dijon mustard, celery seeds, salt, pepper, cabbage and carrots. Stir until well combined.
Heat up the BBQ Chik-Un
To heat up the BBQ Chik-Un, heat oil on medium pan for 1 min.
Add the package of chik-un and stir-fry for about 3mins, breaking apart the pieces and stirring constantly to avoid the bottom burning. Remove from heat.
Assemble
Spread mayonnaise on both the bottom buns
op with the cooked chicken, coleslaw, and the top bun.

Recipe Note
For a spicier sandwich, add 1 tablespoon of KULA Pili Pili Sauce to the cole slaw.
For a quicker recipe, use pre shredded coleslaw mix.
To make the cole slaw ahead of time, store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Experiment with different toppings, such as avocado, tomato, or red onion.
