Heat oil in a pot on medium temp then add onion, garlic and ginger. Cook for 1-2 minutes or when onion is translucent
Stir in thawed package of G.O.A.T curry protein, curry powder, scotch bonnet, potatoes, cardamom and cloves, bayleaf, thyme and ½ cup water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt and 1 cup of water (more if needed), cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Check gradually and lower heat if needed
Taste flavour to your liking, remove scotch bonnet or keep in curry if you want it spicer
Heat Chapatis, top with sautéed (greens if using) and goat curry. Wrap and enjoy!
