This vibrant salad combines tender, pre-marinated KULA ginger beef with crisp greens, crunchy vegetables, and a burst of sweet and tangy dried cranberries. It's a light and satisfying meal that's perfect for any occasion.
1 pack KULA Ginger Beef (thawed)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tsp green cardamom (optional)
1 tsp cloves (optional)
½ cup water
1 tsp sea salt or coconut aminos
greens of your choice
dried cranberries
pumpkin seeds, (optional)
Pili Pili Sauce (optional for a kick)
Wash and chop greens and vegetables of your choice for base of salad.
Heat oil on medium pan for 1 min
Add package of thawed ginger beef and stir for 2 mins
Add onion, garlic, ginger and spices. Cook for 3 mins adding water gradually.
optional to add 1 tsp oil
Add to greens and top with dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with Pili Pili Sauce if using.
