Indulge in a flavor-packed adventure with our KULA Ginger Beef Stir Fry! This quick and easy dish combines the tender, succulent goodness of KULA's pre-marinated beef with the vibrant zing of ginger and a colourful array of vegetables. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a casual gathering, this recipe is sure to satisfy your cravings for a hearty and delicious meal.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan on medium heat for 1 minute
Add the thawed package of ginger beef and stir-fry for about 3mins, breaking apart the pieces and stirring constantly to avoid the bottom burning. Remove from heat.
Stir Fry
Heat 2tbs oil in the pan on medium heat for about 30 seconds
Add in the onions, bell peppers, green onions, garlic, ginger, and frozen veggies (if using) mixing well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add cooked beef, sesame oil and coconut aminos (if using) to pan with veggies and toss well.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with sesame seeds, serve with cooked rice and enjoy
Recipe Note
Tip: If using frozen veggies do not thaw before cooking. This will prevent them from getting soggy.
