Ingredients

1 pack KULA Ginger Beef (thawed)

5 tbsp olive oil (divided)

1 large onion
-
½ red bell pepper
-
½ yellow bell pepper
-
2 cups frozen vegetables (optional)

5-6 cloves garlic
-
1 tbsp ginger
-
3-4 green onion
-
2 tbs sesame oil (toasted)
-
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
-
coconut aminos (optional)
-
salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare Veggies and Aromatics
Slice onions, bell peppers and green onions
Mince garlic and ginger
Beef
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan on medium heat for 1 minute
Add the thawed package of ginger beef and stir-fry for about 3mins, breaking apart the pieces and stirring constantly to avoid the bottom burning. Remove from heat.
Stir Fry
Heat 2tbs oil in the pan on medium heat for about 30 seconds
Add in the onions, bell peppers, green onions, garlic, ginger, and frozen veggies (if using) mixing well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add cooked beef, sesame oil and coconut aminos (if using) to pan with veggies and toss well.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with sesame seeds, serve with cooked rice and enjoy
Recipe Note
Tip: If using frozen veggies do not thaw before cooking. This will prevent them from getting soggy.
